Gastroenterological examination program

Program 1. Includes gastroduodenoscopy (gastroscopy).

Endoscopic examination of the esophagus, stomach and duodenum.  It is carried out within 1-2 days on outpatient basis in a pharmacologically-induced sleep-like state.

The examination includes:

• Conversation with the doctor, with a further clarification of the anamnesis: the time of the disease onset, the course of the disease, complaints to date, concurrent diseases. Differential diagnostics.

Examinations:

• General check up and clinical examination

• Complete blood count: Tumor markers, liver and kidney function tests, lipid profile, blood sugar, hepatitis screening, risk factors of infarction and stroke.

• 4D ultrasound imaging of the abdomen: Liver, kidneys, pancreas, spleen, gall bladder, abdominal blood vessels

• Clinical urine tests: pH, leukocytes, protein, glucose, ketone bodies, erythrocytes, urobilinogen, uric acid, specific gravity, bilirubin, sediment analysis (by doctor's prescription)

• Polypectomy (if required, not included in the price)

• Endoclipping (as prescribed by a doctor, not included in the price)

• Biopsy

• Stomach acidity test

• Test for Helicobacter pylori (biopsy, enzyme assay or urea breath test)

• Stool analysis (by the doctor’s decision, not included in the price)

• Gastroscopy is performed while a patient is in a pharmacologically-induced sleep-like state and includes a biopsy sampling followed by histological examination of the material.

• Summary discussion on the results, recommendations for prevention, ordering a treatment plan, issuing a written medical conclusion.

Program 2. Includes ileocolonoscopy (Colonoscopy).

Examination of the small and large intestine (detection of an early degree of cancer). Indicated to patients 45+. It is carried out while a patient is in a pharmacologically-induced sleep-like state.

Conducted within 2 days (outpatient) and includes:

• Conversation with the doctor, with a further clarification of the anamnesis: the time of the disease onset, the course of the disease, complaints to date, concurrent diseases. Differential diagnostics.

Examinations:

• General check up and clinical examination

• Complete blood count: Tumor markers, liver and kidney function tests, lipid profile, blood sugar, hepatitis screening, risk factors of infarction and stroke.

ileocolonoscopy, (gastro / colonoscopy).

Conducted within 2 days (outpatient) and includes:

• Conversation with the doctor, with a further clarification of the anamnesis: the time  of the disease onset, the course of the disease, complaints to date, concurrent diseases. Differential diagnostics.

• General check-up and clinical examination

• Complete blood count: Tumor markers, liver and kidney function tests, lipid profile, blood sugar, hepatitis screening, risk factors of infarction and stroke.

• 4D ultrasound imaging of the abdomen: Liver, kidneys, pancreas, spleen, gall bladder, abdominal blood vessels

• Urinalysis: pH, white blood cells, protein, glucose, ketone bodies, red blood cells, urobilinogen, uric acid, specific gravity, bilirubin, sediment microscopy (if prescribed by the doctor)

• Polypectomy

• 4 biopsies

• Endoclipping (as prescribed by a doctor, not included in the price)

• Stool analysis (by the doctor’s decision, not included in the price)

• The examination is performed in a state of medication sleep and includes a biopsy sampling followed by histological examination of the material, Helicobacter pylori testing.

• Summary discussion on the results, recommendations for prevention, ordering a treatment plan, issuing a written medical conclusion.
